Financial Engineers
What the role is
Not ML research. You'll use AI tooling as your main leverage to build alpha and signal research systems. You'll sit close to the trading — designing and understanding the strategies you're supporting, and learning step by step how execution works, rather than reading a ticket and shipping in the dark.
What I'm looking for
- 0–4 years of experience
- Thrives in high-pressure, fast-moving markets — quick to adapt, quick to respond
- Real engineering fundamentals — correctness, robustness, efficiency
- Language agnostic
- Finance, crypto or trading experience is a nice to have, not a requirement
